In before somebody inevitably mentions how Bane can "punch through concrete".

I'd give Nuke the edge due to skill and speed advantages (the guy can grapple) and having sufficient strength to throw people through walls.

difference being that the stuff bane takes numbs him from his chronic pain but doesn't augment his strength. Nuke when he took the red pills it also numbed him from the pain,but also increased his awareness,strength and reaction time. The red pills do more for Nuke than the gas did for Bane.
