Well, Jean's physical body is already dead, her WPOTC form is pretty much a non-corperal, higher entity, physical damage means nothing to her.
To beat her, some serious Reality Warping is required, which Goku doesn't have.

Yeah, I concur with Anarchist. For the most part, DBZ deities can still be hurt by attacks like punches and kicks. Jean's on a totally different level of existence there.
