    Depends on if she wanted him dead or not.

    You are looking at this as if there as even a tiny bit of realism in Xena: Warrtior Princess.

    It was part of the series' style that barehanded fighst are non-lethal and swordfights are lethal.
    Despite that a normal, non-powered human is a lot less likely to survive a punch to the face that throws him ten meters backwards through a thick stone wall than he is to survive a stabbing in the belly.

    It is very much like a hypothetical Punisher series in which Frank knocks people unconscious by a pointblank shotgun blast to the face.
    Feats do not apply in these kinds of set-ups.

    That's true. When Jessica Jones hit that woman and sent her flying back several yards (because Killgrave told her to do it), it killed the woman, of course. Hercules did things like backhand people so hard it sent them flying over the treetops and they would get up and stagger away. You really can't use "Well, it didn't kill them" as some kind of evidence of who was stronger or hit harder. It was just a vastly different level of realism.
    Power with Girl is better.
