This is Worlds Finest #149 from 1965 'The Game Of Secret Identities'

As to it's worth, I'm not entirely sure. It's freely available on eBay for a few dollars/pounds though. That indicates it's not particularly expensive or rare. Sorry.

Unfortunately I can't access your image so I can't say for 100%.

However, the image I've posted above is definitely the front cover. If yours is different then, yes, you could well be missing the cover.

That makes a big difference to a comics collectability as well I'm sorry to say.
