I picked up the first Manifest Destiny trade and really enjoyed it, so I went ahead and bought the whole series to date. It's such a fun read.

Excellent choice! I'd been enjoying the series, but issue 18 took it from just buying the single issues to singles + pre-ordered trades + gifting. XD

Sale ends tomorrow. I was weak and went back to grab Mythic while it was still cheap.

Are people digging Mythic? The art looks great but how's the writing been thus far?

I've only read the first issue, and I picked that up mostly because Hester's done good stories in the past. (Yes, I still mourn the loss of Firebreather.) The characters haven't really made an impression so far, but I do like the humor and the premise that science is essentially mass delusion and magic is real.

This series is sooooo good. I finally caught up yesterday and I'm hooked! Can't wait for #19, which should be out in either Jan or Feb if I'm not mistaken. Dingess is making it sound like this next arc is gonna be even more wild and wacky.

Just finished issues #14 and #15 of Manifest Destiny. I love it so much. I think it's safe to say that it's my favorite series at this point. It just keeps getting better and better.
