Spidey's hair style

Spikey or Smooth. I prefer it like his ultimate incarnation, straightened out and very evened. IMO, the geeky square cut and the spiked cullen hair makes him look even more anti social and awkward when seeing him interact as his normal persona. All I hope for is Peter loses the desk job hairstyle and grows a Bucky Barnes type weave like in the MCU movies, it fits his young and energetic personality IMO.

Technically, when Mark Bagley kicked off the Ultimate Spider-Man series as the artist for the first 110 1/2 issues, Peter's hairstyle was meant to be evocative of Harry Potter (the book version) and thus fairly messy with the locks pointing/hanging downward. It was the artists after Bagley, starting with Stuart Immonen, who straightened his hair out a lot more, which could just be taken in-universe for Peter finally finding some decent conditioner.

I like Peters current hair style. But I agree that the Ultimate Hairstyle looks good on a younger peter.

The second picture, and the various hairstyles like it, will always be my favorite. It's probably just what I had the most exposure to when I first got into this series.

I do appreciate both other pictured hairstyles for Ultimate Spider-man. The bottom really suited the younger Peter Parker, it was perfect for him. The top looks good and contributes to Peter's more mature look.

I like how peter's hair has changed over the years. Curently I prefer the look Caselli gave to him. Looked great. I liked the long hair in Ultimate.

I generally associate Peter with the medium length floppy hair. It seems to be the hair-style that follows him around the most.

In retrospect, that was probably what original Ultimate Spider-Man by Mark Bagley was supposed to look like.
