Ultimate namor Questions ?

ok I have some questions about the ultimate namor... 1) is he a human/atlantian hybrid like in the mainstream universe or is he a full atlantian ? 2) is he a good guy or a bad guy ?

He was a major criminal in Atlantis before he was captured and put in stasis. While he was imprisoned Atlantis was wiped out but he and his cell survived. He was eventually found by the Fantastic Four and when he awoke he went on a rampage causing destruction in NY. No one was strong enough to stop him, but he agreed to quit being a nut job if Sue Storm kissed him, she did and he left.
