if we're talking hand-to-hand then he gets owned. even if he had a gun Buffy might still take a few. while he has low-end superhuman durability it's nothing Buffy hasn't dealt with before. he also doesn't appear to be particularly fast.

a better H2H match-up might be Sapper Morton and Luv vs Buffy. I don't think either one of them could take out Buffy by themselves. but together they might have a shot. she's just too fast and too strong for most characters I can remember in the Blade Runner universe.
