Trying to remember an old sci-fi mini-series - one for the brains trust

Ok, possibly one for the older peeps.

Back in the 70's/80's there were some awesome mini-series getting around. One that I enjoyed featured a ragtag group of heroes in a sci-fi rebel situation. The details are sketchy in my memory, but there was a very tall and Amazonian blonde I think called either a belter (asteroid belt) or ringer or some other 'huge due to low grav' background. There was also a saurian ex-slave who got his arm shot off to help them escape 'I'm a Lizard it'll grow back' (it didn't - he got a bionic arm later) and three clones who ended the series deciding to call themselves Huey Dewey and Louie.

Anyone else remember this? I think it was DC
