Chosen One vs Wimp Lo, in the Kung Pow film.
If only because the logic behind the whole thing is absurdly mind blowing in just how utterly ridiculous Wimp Lo is as a character...And yet it was awesome due to the dialogue alone.

I like to think the 90s was the time when comics hit puberty. They’d grown out of being endearing but hadn’t yet figured out where to channel their emotions to not be utterly whiny cocks. -Beadle

Seems like the entirety of the movie Gymkata is this, but especially the scene where there is for some reason a pommel horse in the middle of some village of dirt farmers.
