I can't believe no one has mentioned pretty much anything by Amon Amarth for Thor... or the Asgard side of things in general, actually. Twilight of the Thunder God (singular song and the entire album it comes from is all about Thor specifically) in particular, but i mean, their entire thing pretty much is Norse mythology, they also have an entire album about Loki.
