That page seemed more like a joke than a actual split, but I could be wrong.

It developed into a comical scene, but I think Peter was sincere. I kind of liked it because for once he was taking charge of deciding the fate of a relationship.

With this and the revelations about the Red Goblin also coming out, this has been a deflating day. I'd say all hype for Issue 800 from MJ and marriage enthusiasts is pretty much dashed and spent, and that is NOT something you want going into a milestone story.

ETA: Yeah, Bruce/Selina haven't exchanged vows yet but at this point, the build up is too much for it to fall through. Even the end of Batman #39 seems a fakeout.
