We've actually had 3 Spider-MJs.*

1: The Spider-MJ from Exiles. Killed in Spider-Verse. (Killing off one of the few LGBT Spiders? Really? *Sigh*)

2: There was a story in Incredible Hercules which featured an alternate universe with a Spider-Woman. The solicit called her Mary Jane.



3: Marvel Mangaverse also had a Spider-MJ.



* Of course, 616 MJ was "Spider-MJ" during the Spider-Island arc. And we may see an alternate version of this Spider-MJ during the Spider-Island tie-in of Secret Wars. But for now, we'll keep it at 3.

Now that I've been exposed to the immense and unbelievable awesomeness of Imperator Furiousa of Mad Max: Fury Road, I kind of hate Marvel for not tapping into the unending potential that was Exiles Spider-MJ.

Like seriously, imagine how badass a bodyguard Exiles SW would have been for Silk in Spider-Verse.
