Considering that Nameks are generally telepathic and that power levels in Dragonball provides resistance to magic significantly stronger than stuff that Ainz has access to, probably even including the World Items, he probably won't really get great results from trying mental shenanigans against a race of people who could probably sense his evil from a couple of continents away. And that's not even taking into consideration that one of the Dragonballs is with Nail and the Great Elder.

Maybe, but I wouldn't count out mental stuff just from that. Others feats don't go to the namekians. Most of them are featless fodder.

Also, Gilgamesh vs Ainz and Arche's parents: I am still quite raw over Arche's death. Out of every person that Ainz has killed, she deserved none of his wrath. Worse, her little sisters (who are barely 8) die from overwork after they were sold into slavery in the light novels. And frankly, becoming Shalltear's psychologically broken sex slave in the WN isn't that much better, even if she does get to live and be with her sisters.
