    Ok, so Ulquiorra is at best a city buster in his segunda etapa form. Sasuke with Susanno'o up has feats for attacking and defending at mountain busting+ capabilities, at least on par with what Ichigo and Aizen were tossing around during their battle.

    Speedwise it's a bit unclear, but at the very least Sasuke should be able to match up with Ulquiorra's top speeds.

    Sasuke also has a more varied set of abilities than Ulquiorra. So yeah.
