Is this supposed to be a curbstomp against Leatherface? Because even with PIS on and Leatherface bloodlusted, he isn't taking down ANY incarnation of the League, considering most JL lineups include a Kryptonian-level being, a Green Lantern, a Speedster, etc.

And even Batman should be fine on his own. Even with PIS that'll at most give us a mini-series where he has to struggle a bit to bring down Leatherface.
