EDIT: And I'm doing this because while he's a great re-invention of the character and a really engaging villain, he's also a piece of shit psycho who murdered tons of people. So yeah.

My personal favourite type of curbstomp against Bullseye, especially comics Bullseye, would be someone with really good passive probability manipulation. Like Longshot.

He'd just casually stroll over while Bullseye grows more and more frustrated that he's missing such an open target.
