None of the Image books I read are solicited this month.
Velvet, Lazarus, Southern Bastards, Invincible

Velvet and Lazarus are my two favorite books that I am currently reading, but all the length of time between issues is really crushing the momentum. I'm looking forward to reading them both the whole way through whenever they are done so I can actually get to see how the whole story ties together because I have forgotten so many little details about them.

We have only gotten 4 issues of Velvet and 7 issues of Lazarus so far in 2015.

Interesting, wasn't Milligan's "The Discipline" originally slated as a vertigo title? I wonder what happened there.

Yeah, I remember so too. First time Milligan is doing an Image book.

With Images new policy, it explains some things with certain titles. Velvet I suspect will be gone for some time unless Steve Epting somehow magically gets faster. The 8 part RunLoveKill now has reached month number 8 off. 4 issues left and he couldn't have gotten this thing done in this amount of time off?!

Lazarus we knew about the extended hiatus after the upcoming issue #21. Five Ghosts I just don't know anymore. Unless Mooneyham is that slow these days and he's trying to get a number of issues done before it gets solicited again, It'll have been 8 months since issue #17 came out July 22. Copperhead wanted to be far enough ahead so that it could return to it's monthly scheduling. March will be month #5 off! It better be in April's solicits. Curious about the extended time off Manifest Destiny is taking. I'm betting too they want to be far enough ahead to maintain a monthly schedule for it's upcoming arc. Hoping it's back with April's solicits. East of West must be doing this now and trying to get back to the monthly scheduling it once did before Hickman took on too much work as it was off of the Februrary and March solicits. Wytches is doing it's own thing.

No Head Lopper #3 until March? I was thinking of picking up #2 digitally but if the delays are already this long, why get invested in a book showing signs of death already?

It's a quarterly comic. Each issue is oversized at 64 pages, too.

Hmm yeah a lot of books on break, but I've never minded delays as much as others it seems. Frees up the pull list to give other things a shot.

Some cool new additions; another Jimmie Robinson book, Peter Milligan skipping to Image is fun, Circuit Breaker looks like Astro Boy to a degree which has me intrigued, and check out Elephantmen reaching 70 issues - that's quite a feat in the indie scene.

Other observations:
- Pretty Deadly solicit just seems to casually spoil the ending? Okay yeah that's cool? I'm hoping DeConnick & Rios have a twist or two up their sleeves haha.
- Isn't it lovely to see Prophet: Earth War solicited 3 months in a row?
- Head Lopper's got a cool Stokoe cover variant.

The Walkind Dead #152 - Best soap opera in comics, way better than the tv version.

Bitch Planet #8 - I think I like DeConnick scripts (and I love the articles at the end), but I'm not convinced with De Landro.
Circuit-Breaker #1 - Who is Kevin McCarty? Need to know more about this series.
Citizen Jack #5 - I'm really, really close to make this a sure buy, I need to know how this is going to be in the long run.
The Disciple #1 - Milligan is hit or miss for me, so I need to know a bit more.
The Goddamned #5 - Same as Citizen Jack, I need to see more.
Mirror #2 - I don't know how good a writer Rios is going to be.
