All aboard, Strange Train is pulling out. First stop Weirdworld. Keep your hands and feet inside while moving. And dont lok too long at anyone thing as to prevent upsetting the nativrs. Enjoy your stay.
I'm glad that X-Men will be exploring Weirdworld - No More Savage Land
"Brevoort added that we might see other characters from other weird corners of the Marvel Universe. 'Pretty much everything anyone put to paper in Marvel's publishing history, you could find in Weirdworld,' said Brevoort."
Yes, please! The weirder and more obscure, the better!
-Pav, who is buying this book as long as del Mundo does the art for it...
You were Spider-Man then. You and Peter had agreed on it. But he came back right when you started feeling comfortable.
You know what it means when he comes back.
"You're not the better one, Peter. You're just older."

the "teen-girl thrown into craziness" trope is super overdone.
We could do without that, thanks.
That wizard is from Crystar, right? Cant believe I recognized the name!
Considering how Marvel is into the whole seasons thing. This could be just a twelve issue mini or it could go longer, the point is it is possible that WW could invariably pull in a number of different people to provide a better perspective on the place.
BTW, everything in comics is a trope and overdone.
I'm in for as long as this lasts but seeing as how Del Mundo is the main draw here (& best believe he is the main draw for most people buying this book) & he couldn't even get Elektra to 12 issues I have a hard time believing this will make it to to twelve either.
Also people are putting way too much stock in the whole "seasons" approach marvel has hinted at they're heading towards. If a book goes to 12 issues but struggles with lackluster sales throughout the whole 12 issues chances are the book is not going to get another "season" so the same properties that have struggled are going to continue to struggle imho.
"The weirdest man in comics" has written some pretty by-the-numbers stuff for Marvel.
Nothing nearly as interesting as his indie man-dog-love book with Steven Sanders.
