Fuuuuhhhhh..... Kids are gonna have to live off of bread and butter for a while...
This may be the sale where I convert all of my DH digital books (at least the Mignolaverse ones) over to comixology....I have purchased the latest issues on comixology... And I don't think they will ever sync the accounts.
Honestly I'd just stick to two accounts and two apps and if rebuying would only do that if;
1) Another store version has superior content
2) One store is closing down and thus their app is going to vanish along with accounts (or is just at the risk of that)
3) Rebuying for physical goods when one owns digital or vis-versa.
Some or all of these may have been posted already, but just to play catch up here are the current sales.
Today only Marvel sale on Ant Man books, 36 $.99 singles.

The weekly sale from DC is on Robin, 317 $.99 singles ends 12/07/15.

Street Fighter sale from Udon until 12/07/15, 13 collections, 55 $.99 singles, and 3 freebies.

Star Trek collection sale from IDW until 12/07/15 is frustrating in the I should have waited way. 43 different collections at various prices, or all in a bundle for $99. Of course, I already own 19 of these collections, so I 'wasted' ~ $80. I'll still save $24 over buying the remaining ones individually, but I really wish Comixology would pro-rate bundles.

Tank Girl sale from Titan, 13 $.99 singles.

Black Friday sale from Kodansha, 3 $.99 singles.

Kindle and Comixology accounts can now be merged. Any Kindle purchases will instantly appear in your Comixology account, but not vice versa as of yet.
Kindle often has great graphic novel sales, and purchases will come out of your no-rush shipping credit if you have some.
Pathfinder sale at Comixology.
Oohh...This changes things. A grocery store here sells Amazon gift cards with a deal where if you spend $100 on gift cards they give you a $10 card for the store. I've been hoping Comixology would start accepting Amazon gift cards as payment, but if I can buy on Kindle and read on Comixology, that works, too.
Edit: Not everything is showing up, right now. None of the Dark Horse Star Wars comics switched over. Nor did a couple of Kindle comics I got for free with price glitches. I kind of doubt those will ever switch over. Dark Horse no longer has the rights to those SW comics and the glitch books were, well, glitches.

Don I don't see how the position of Dark Horse has any effect as your contract isn't with them but rather with Amazon. All they are doing is porting the digital access that you've purchased from one service of theirs to another. In theory companies can shut down or even remove publications from sale, but online stores should be able to retain downloads/access for those who have already purchased. Certainly on GOG and Steam if you buy something that is later removed (for whatever reason) you can still download and play; the store just can't sell any more.
I would report it to Amazon.
The glitch sales (I assume its where a discount price was incorrectly set) should be in the same camp as the glitch is purely Amazon making a mistake with the listing and if they had cause to change their stance they'd be in their rights to refuse sale; so that they didn't means that they've basically no issue with the situation.
As far as I can tell nothing that wasnt already available on Comixology was transferred from Amazon, so make sure to check for a Comxiology version first before buying those tantalizingly cheap indies on Amazon. There are a lot of things in the Kindle comics section that aren't on Comixology, and I guess they're staying there.
I can still download them on Kindle, just not Comixology. I suspect this is an ongoing thing that will take some time.
The Dark Horse stuff pre-dates Dark Horse joining Comixology and there are Marvel versions of many of the Star Wars comics, with more coming, I'm sure. I can see why those wouldn't be cross posted.
Edit: I think Shawn nailed it. If it wasn't on Comixology then it won't transfer from Kindle.

Just noticed this bundle on DC's Arrow and Flash books. Not sure if this high discount will stick forever, and will slide back to ~10-30% like many bundles do.

Stuff has been a little wonky at Comixology the last few days, all related to the Kindle merge no doubt, and some purchases from other avenues (DC app, Marvel app, Kindle, etc) aren't showing up in your Comixology account right away.
