Does anybody else have a hell of a time downloading Marvel Unlimited comics to library? It takes forever and a day on my iPad and sometimes they don't download at all unless I retry it 50 times.

Sometimes I have trouble getting the comics to load, period. It's a buggy app.

Anyone else notice how messed up the Marvel site is lately? I can't get most of my codes to redeem and can't seem to get a response from Marvel's online support. Been going on for at least 2 weeks.

I actually just redeemed two codes yesterday and it worked fine for me. Sorry you're having trouble. Hope they get back to you soon.

I had a situation the other week when my code for E is for Extinction #4 wasn't working. I found the Marvel Online Support twitter feed and it looked like many people were having trouble (and that the general advice was to email the online support people.)

I emailed them, and for the first time was actually told to prove I bought the book by taking a photo of it and email it in! Not that that's a huge problem, but when I've had problems before they fixed it rather quickly.

I'm wondering if E is for Extinction #4 was intentionally disrupted so they could disrupt code sales.

I've had problems with 2 different titles over the past 3 weeks and both times they have made me prove that I bought the issue. Annoying but I'm fine with that. What I have a problem with is that I bought Guardians of the Galaxy #1 Oct 14th and it's now Oct 23 and I still cannot redeem my code. Marvel's online support took more than a week to even respond. When they did they told me to prove my purchase which I did. They then responded that the problem was temporary and to try the code again. Well they were wrong and it still doesn't work. I wrote them telling them that and they still haven't responded several days later. WTF?!?!?! I'm pissed. Marvel Comics is about to lose all of my future business.

I guess bitching on this forum got results. Marvel finally emailed a solution. I'm still annoyed it took soooooooooooooooooooooo long.
