Speed: -At the beginning of the movie, he acrobatically moves in between bullets from a machine gun. Guess that would grant him a full-on bullet-timer status. -While fighting Electro in Times Square, Peter, with the help of his Spider-Sense, pulls an observation of the scene worthy of Maguire Spider-Man, which would tend to confirm the BT status. -At the end of the movie, Peter deflects a heat-seeking missile from the Rhino in mid-flight thanks to a manhole cover. Strength: -Catching a car in mid-air, and carrying it. -Managing to reconnect some heavy cables, with some major help from his webs. Durability: -Dude is pretty durable, tanking hits from Electro, who is able to very easily make holes through people.

goku was flipping cars with little effort in the first couple chaps of DB as well as owning fish and animals animals many times his size almost casually

I'm pretty sure Scenario 1 goes to goku

Scenario 2....kinda depends on if Spidey can react in time to web him up and if said webbing is strong enough to merit a ten count

Spidey is faster. That's about the only advantage he has. Goku is strong and tougher. An axe literally broke on his head and he took down a monster who head was bigger than the rest of his body.

Well, Spidey did take a lot of shots from Electro after he drained the city so he has that going for him.

I couldn't recall if bulma shot him in the manga(IE the default canon) so I double checked and ...... yup, multiple mid range rounds to the head/body from a handgun...and he walked it off like a bee sting
