Since I'm a season behind on AoS, I don't know if Skye has displayed any kind of impressive durability. Based on what I've seen on Netflix of Skye and having just seen Avengers 2, I'd bet on the Scarlet Witch only because she has displayed the ability to block attacks with her powers which Skye hasn't done, at least based on what is available on Netflix.

Daisy used her powers to stop a bullet mid flight (when she was leaving from the Hulk lockdown cabin). I don't recall if she started using her power before or after the bullet was fired (for speed feat), but it does show that she can block attacks with her powers.

Daisy created an avalanche with her powers in the second season. I don't think Wanda has blocked anything on that level yet.
