Default Marvel ESSENTIALS you wanna see?

A lot of the essentials look a bit dull in black and white but I would like to see the 70's Manga Spider-man collected into an affordable TPB. Maybe even flipped to resemble traditional manga. CB Cebulski helped translate the original series maybe he help produce a collected version, maybe whack a "Spider-verse presents" on it.

    and YOU?

I didn't think Marvel printed Essentials volumes anymore.

Unless I missed something and they announced something new they dont print new ones.
Epic and complete collections have pretty much replaced them completely by now.

I am not a fan of the black-and-white printing, although I know it keeps the price down.

Marvel tried reprinting all these in the late 90's but the book got cancelled before they could finish. More than half of the stories were done in Spider-Man: The Manga issues. Probably find them for $1 each in the bargain bins.

But yeah, I wouldn't be surprised to see 2-3 fat Complete Collections tackle this material? Since he appeared in Spider-Verse.
