That was the annual where The Wedding took place, right? Also, it's kind of a shame the only Paul Ryan I know is the one who's the current Speaker of the House of Representatives.
The spider is always on the hunt.
RIP.
Yes, ASM Annual 21 was the wedding.

Here's what I could find, at least as far as his time drawing Spidey, both in Spider books and other Marvel comics featuring Spidey.
Thanks. It's heartening to know that his work will live on, even if it's work certain people at Marvel are hell-bent on disavowing.
The spider is always on the hunt.
R.I.P.
Paul Ryan's MJ looked gorgeous in the Willi Smith designed wedding gown.

Genkai nante nai (No limits), Zettai nante nai (No absolutes)
Thank GOD for X'97. Cautious about "From the Ashes". Please no more Blue vs. Orange.
Let's please leave the marriage talk out of this; it is silly and also very disrespectful at a moment when a talented creator has sadly left us.
Back on topic, it's too bad---and a bit surprising---that Paul didn't do more with Spidey. With multiple titles being published for most of the time he was at Marvel, I would have thought he would have had more opportunity but I guess his schedule and Marvel's didn't quite sync up. He had a very nice and traditional style that perhaps didn't fit with the edgier style Marvel began assigning to Spidey in the 1990's
R.I.P Mr Ryan. You will be missed.
