I'm not into the Rule 63/gender swap cosplay* (when I cosplay as male characters - I do the male version, not the female twist.)
I understand why people do, but this Storm is a grand exception. Very, very well done.
The fx are pretty stellar too.

REALLY like this X-23 cosplay. It's one of a handful I've seen that the claws don't look obviously fake, and it gets bonus points for being different and NOT using the bikini top costume that it seems 99% of other X cosplayers do. This costume design would actually fit pretty well in the X-Films.
