The simple answer is 'We don't do them here, they're allowed on the rest of CBR, those are the rules.' Reasons have been given above by other people.

Regarding the Rumble -

[Midnighter] *looks at Cass* I've fought this fight a million times in my head...

[Cass] *raises eyebrow*

[Midnighter] ...and we're pretty much done.

[Cass] Really needed...a million?

[Midnighter] Nope.

*bell rings*

*Cass and Midnighter - hopelessly - reach for gear/begin to sprint forward*

[She-Hulk] Right. *slams her palms together*

*Cass and Midnighter go flying from the thunderclap*

The above is only one way it could go, but suffice to say that with Class 90-100 Strength, tremendous durability, and Area Affecting Attacks, She-Hulk has no problems dealing with the various advantages of the duo she's facing.

Hellcat...checks out her smartphone or something, she's not adding a lot to this fight.

She-Hulk is class 90 or 100? when did that happen?

She got herself up in the Class 100 range a while back through some shenanigans regarding working out in her human body. Never really confirmed Class 100, but she was fighting evenly with Class 100's and matching them in strength, that kind of thing. It was a big boost over her old 'Class 75-ish' range.

After that, seems she has been a touch downgraded again. Probably to Ben Grimm levels or a bit above, not sure (I recall some scans of that). Anyway, Class 80-90 is probably a better way of putting it.
