Trying to find a story

Hello everyone. My first post.
Trying to find out about a horror comic story I remember from my younger days
What I can recall is a mobster type was thrown into a river with his feet in concrete. He sank to the bottom where we
witness his death and starting to rot. Then he decides to get revenge, so he comes back to life as a zombie, has to break off his feet as they are still in concrete and off he goes to get revenge.
I believe it was from a Warren type magazine a la Creepy or Eerie
Any help would be appreciated

I've read a good deal of Creepy and Eerie, but I never came across this one.
