Vicious Vampires

Today I’m tearing through the Sketchbook pages for Term 2. Here’s a sneaky preview of my vicious Vampiric duo. Some depict these blood suckers in a somewhat grizzly light. Usually as a twisted, fang bearing, critter of some kind. As for my interpretation, I went for a classic combo - gaunt decay, preserved in former beauty. It’s nice to look at but still kinda creepy. I also wanted these two to exude royalty, a sense of power.

There’s something so satisfying about sketching flesh feeding, reanimated corpses.
