Chances are if Nightwing is running around Bluhaven doing is thing, if you're a normal person you probably don't care or have the resources. You probably only care if you're a cop or reporter assigned to a particular case he might be involved with. Even if you use such technology all you're going to come up with is someone who sorta looks like Dick Grayson, but that by itsself isn't solid proof that it is Dick Grayson.

Wow thanks I'm utterly embarrassed I didn't think of it as giants were heavy machines for this movement before the real heavy machines.
