Brown no, Super Sentai has never used that colour, let alone Power Rangers. Orange not yet in any official capacity, but there should be one in the 2019 season, because both Japanese seasons following Ninninger, which was used for the 2017-18 series Ninja Steel, have an orange ranger. Zyuohger's is a late addition, a part-time seventh member of the team. Kyuranger has nine rangers at the start, including an orange one. Power Rangers SPD did have a dream sequence involving a comic relief character becoming an orange ranger, that's the closest we've had.
