Deadshot has discovered he's an alien from Krypton and wants revenge on the world that has lied to him his entire life. He also wants the power he could have if only the world wasn't under a red Sun. Agent Rama Kushna has been ordered to punish the traitorous Deadman, but first she must place the spirit into living being who's on deathrow. Captain Boomerang continues to instigate and manipulate while Plastique just wants to blow $#!t up.

President Diana Prince-Stone has been impeached and arrested due to her illegal actions in Markovia. Although she saved lives per United Alliance Laws she has been removed from office. She makes one final visit to her late husband General Franklin Rock's grave. She is being transported to Belle Reve Penitentiary and a meeting with Amanda Waller.

His name is Floyd Lawton. He is an assassin called Eradicator and he never misses his targets. He's been hired to eliminate the Suicide Squad and the person who secretly hired him is Amanda Waller?!?

• Ellis Island hasn't taken the tired, poor, huddled masses yearning to breathe free since 1954. Somehow that memo hadn't reached the 31st Century and so waits an angry (forgive the stereotypical 70s characterizations) refugee from Marzal? in one bogus looking disco singlet, screaming (literally) for his citizenship papers. He is Tyroc, hear him roar! And if he yells any louder, Lady Liberty might crumble alongside his inalienable rights. And that isn't all, news crews are on the scene and the confusion is stirring social unrest (standard fare for the era) giving Floyd and Thomas little time to subdue the illegal alien, send him home, and get some sweet satisfaction by billing the man himself. Meanwhile, Constantine heads to the Asylum and finds something that he never expected, an unconscious, bound Angel from Heaven, and then he realizes something that should have become very apparent from the word go - the Angel, who doesn't even know she's an Angel, is the bait, and Constantine's just fallen for it, hook, line and sinker!

They also meet their boss, the man responsible for Fred and Daphne's deaths. He's a ghost, but he's not friendly and although he's polite...he's no gentleman.

Meanwhile, Deadman visits the mysterious Madame Xanadu. He finds out more about the nature of his existence, the fate of his twin and a shocking truth about his spiritual guide, Rama. However, the biggest surprise is that he's not the only "Deadman", there are many more?!?

However, leading members of the Culper Spy Ring are vanishing left right and centre with Thorne being too late to stop them, and all signs point to the Court of Owls, who are rising from their slumber.
