Would Molecule Man have saved Ultimate Peter, MJ, Gwen, Aunt May, Nick Fury, the new Ultimates, etc. etc. If Miles or Peter had more burgers? Could 616 Gwen have been resurrected? Will Miles get crippled with a ultimate universe-sized survivor's guilt? Or at least a ultimate universe-shaped ulcer or kidney stone? How delicious was the burger that Miles gave Molecule Man? What?

He went back into retirement.

Is it any more convoluted than Kaine's? "He's the disfigured clone of Peter Parker that went crazy but now he's healed and trying to be a better person and he has stingers and can talk to bugs." Miles can be summed up pretty easily, though, I think "He's a refugee from an alternate universe where Peter Parker died."
