Pretty sure both images come from the same issue, so it's not exactly an obsession so much as it is art continuity. Anyway, isn't it canon that Jubilee likes sweets?? And junk food, of course, lol. Lollipops, bubble gum, popcorn, potato chips...

They should do a scene where someone steals one of her lolipops, she warns whoever not to eat it, he or she does and immediately throws up because the lolipop is blood-flavored and Jubillee is like, "I warned you, dummy!"
