I agree. Excited to see her. I was hoping this would be a more focused cast of just Xavier, Magneto, Mystique, Beast, Wolverine, Storm, Cyclops, and Jean. Now we also have Nightcrawler, Quicksilver, an assumed Angel, and Jubilee. With a rumored Gambit cameo. Originally Posted by Punisher007

I assume that they're setting things up for future films as well. Casting Scott, Jean, and Storm so young. Introducing Jubilee and Young Nightcrawler, and possible cameos from Gambit, Wolverine, etc. Basically they want the young cast around for multiple films.

I think we can say that the timeline is screwed since she is a teen here in the 80's instead of 20 or so years later when the original trilogy takes place.
