Strength wise Lobo should be ahead of Adam, right? And Lobo does have better durability/regen, so putting the fool down isn't exactly going to be easy.

I can't comment on nu-DC, but post-Crisis? Uh... nope. Adam's essentially Supes with pointy-ears and an attitude.

Pre Nu Lobo is class 100 but more towards the lower end of it. While BM is high end.

Post lobo should have dat awesome regen...losses anyway though.
Nu lobo has tech capable of messing with Supergirl. Based on feats she's ahead of Adam in durability so he losses. Ha only chance is a speed blitz. Might work as adam should have cpbh to vague low end super-speed, whereas lobo is portrayed more as cpbh...

Pre 52 Lobo is all over the place , sometimes in the same comic . Adam to win it, more often than not
