Not bad, I liked the conversation between Bruce and... the Joker? Their dynamic was pretty interesting here.
Still, I don't buy how Mr. Bloom manages to convince people that if they become like him they will be like Batman considering that they know what Batman stands for at this point. It seems pretty forced.

He's telling them to become like the Batman who took power in his hands and fought for what he believed in.
