    Default What was her name?

    I recall an issue of a Batman comic where defeated an villainess; I think he may have been in England?

    She wore a red cloak and hood, gloves and boots with a white union suit.

    Was she ever named? Anyone know who I'm talking about?

    I think Aparo did the art.
