Who Else Wants a 'Superior Doc Ock' Title?

Something I've been thinking about since Otto was revealed to be inside Living Brain is that I would like him to come back, but I'd rather he didn't turn back into full on super villain again, otherwise he's not really learnt anything from his time as Superior Spidey. But I also would love the guy to have his own series again, maybe putting his mind inside some sort of android with elements of both his original self but with some Superior Spidey quirks, or alternatively making a cloned body to transfer into? And then have him trying to resolve his villainous side with his attempts to be a bit more heroic, helped by Anna Maria. It would be a great way to signal his return and honour his earlier stint as Superior Spidey.

What's funny is that I had that exact same idea. Have him steal a clone body from Miles Warren's collection and put his mind into it. The world is big enough for three Spider-Man's. If General Ross can stay the Red Hulk for half a decade, why can't Otto stay as the Superior Spider-Man. He's by far one of the most original takes on the Spider-Man franchise.

If I had it my way, Dan Slott would have stayed on "Superior" after Peter's return. Mark Waid would have taken the reigns of The Amazing Spider-Man relaunch.

No use crying about it. I'd still be interested in an "All New Superior Spider-Man" if there's a writer out there with a great take on Doc Ock's redemption story.

The older I get, the more mistakes I make, the more I begin to feel like a villain in need of redemption. This is what made Ock so special to me. Maybe I need Ock more than I need Peter. Sounds terrible, I know.

I always found Ock more interesting when he isn't a straight up villain and more the misguided scientist who is convinced his way is always the best, which is why I loved Ock being Spider-Man. I wouldn't want him back in the role but a comic where he's himself again but with the lessons of being Spidey partially learnt - and often misread - is what I would want most.
