Rusty Razorclam would be a good fit.

Agreed. I kinda thought that was already part of the Amazing AOS book, but yeah if not then it should.

Much agreed, although the partnering creator to President Rusty should also be to agree, but then this collection would truely seem the one shot Rusty would have on getting collected or reprinted at all, so yeah, it would be a great addition.

Here is a ten page preview.
And yes, it includes lettering and Rusty Razorclam short story (!), as well as some Hellboy covers.

A great look at the contents of the book - https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-WD7C1Z77n...head%2B4-5.jpg

Reeeealy happy with the inclusion of The Goon framing sequence and Exorcist of Vorsk story (with this one this book is now truly Mignola family artifact), which tonally perfectly suits The Amazing Screw-On Head world. But was is the Dark Horse Presents #116 cover? Any ideas, what is there under this misprint?

P.S. Found it on the great Retro Randy (designer of many AE books) blog - https://retrorandy.blogspot.ru/2016/...and-other.html

I wonder if it's a typo for the DHP #142 Lovecraft cover?

It's possible, but I am more inclined to believe, that it's typo for this one:

Could be. Or maybe it's not a typo but instead an unused Mignola cover of a fat hungry dog. Could be pretty neat I'd reckon'.

I haven't been able to figure out whether the preorders on this edition as available through the IDW website sold out already - does anyone know?

I haven't been able to preorder it, because as of May/June 2016 the IDW listing describes itself as "coming soon", but I hope I can still be ordering me a copy through IDW.

I don't think there is a pre-order option for the regular version. It should just show up for sale when it is available in stock:

I agree. I feel rather silly for worrying when the IDW store/website listing distinctly says "coming soon" which apparently means that it is coming soon.

Earlier I have bought the IDW Rocketeer AE through my local LCS and then the Best Of EC Vol. 1 directly through IDW. Before they sold out, both gorgeous books.
For the Amazing Screw- I'm hoping to be doing the same, directly through IDW, which hopefully can happen as of August 31.
