Generally? Like any other Bleach power, pretty much by putting words related to that power in random order until you accidentally form a sentence.

Specifically?

Mix it with Zommari's Amor, so that each of the eyeballs it creates can also take control of one thing that it sees without having to touch it (though it can be blocked with Kido and the like).
