Of the 05 and Charles I think Hank is the only one who wins the all around good award. Maybe Angel too although don't know his early years as well.

I'm going strictly by what I've read in Uncanny so far, but didn't Nightcrawler have an OK childhood, until he was attacked by an angry mob as a teen? I mean, the situation of his birth was obviously tragic, but we're talking about childhood here.

I was going to say the same thing. A lot of garbage has gone on with his adoptive mother and sister, but it seems to be contained to his adulthood.

Irrelevant, she was a upper middle class girl. Not an orphan or rich kid going to an all girls private school, she had a fairly good life.
