That new intro is fun...did I spot Beebo?

I'm not sure I like Constantine just popping in and out of Hell like it's a bar across the street, but this is where some major plot stuff happens, I suppose. Then there's Zari's plot. I didn't expect her to appear aboard the Waverider like that! I wonder if it's possible to keep her around while Behrad keeps the air totem?

I loved Ray's mentioning of Chief Wiggum. He's referenced the Simpsons before.

Ava had a nice plot, it makes sense that she would have to do a lot of adjusting to her new life, but it seems too convenient that she and Sara just got rid of their old place. Wasn't it a big deal for Sara that she had a home outside of the Waverider?

It was, but did Warner Music Group recently sign a contract with Bell Biv DeVoe or something? They were mentioned recently on both Teen Titans Go and Lucifer, and now Legends of Tomorrow?

Hope Behrad sticks around, right now he’s a highlight of the season for me.

My assumption was that Zari sacrificed herself to keep the rest of her family from dying. Turns out she’s a streamer.

They’re all still from 2049 right?

Right now my only complaint is Mick, this show throws any kind of development with him in the trash. For example he should’ve been a genius in temporal-related stuff after being Kronos for a millennia, if he didn’t remember any of it that should’ve been explained away. He should have kept that fire totem so he could have legit fire powers. And now, even though yes the Rebecca Silver stuff was silly, Mick having a romance novel writing career adds a softer spot to him and it’s a good out if they ever want to write him out of the show; however that aspect is gone. I honestly think this show has done a good job of character development, especially for characters like Sara, Ava, and Nate (in my opinion) , maybe less so with Ray, but it’s a bummer to me that Mick has had the least outward change, and any major changes are usually just in intervals

Wait so how can NuZari remember the dragon thing as a kid when that happened not even a year ago, how did she grow up so fast? And no, you can't excuse that with the crisis^^
None of this really makes sense.

But hey, the new intro kicks ass

I don’t know how she remembers but Zari and her fam are from 2049 so isn’t that why? They’re visiting them in the future

Zari's from the future. In present Arrowverse time she's still a little girl.

Hilarious and touching Prom episode. For all the silliness, this show has more heart than the other CW ones.
And not only the Freddy Myers joke, but the pulled a bit from the first Friday 13th.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Not to mention, "Carrie", "Shocker", "Napoleon Dynamite" and even "Cinderella." The bit with Nora was indeed really heartfelt. Sometimes it's easy to forget what she really went through when she was a kid.

Liked the episode all around minus everything with Charlie. Hate her character and just want her gone.

Man, this season has been fun. But, really, why are Constantine and Charlie still around. They've never really felt like Legends and they really don't now. I'm cool with the whole souls out of hell thing as it works as a solid little McGuffin but, otherwise, I really don't like the heaven and hell supernatural stuff in this show at all. It's a bonkers time travel show and that stuff (which I enjoy elsewhere) just doesn't fit in at all. Just like Constantine and Charlie.

Otherwise, though, this episode and the ones before it was just so much fun. A really nice send-up of prom-night horror movies that actually kinda worked as one too with all the usual heart and humour that this show has in spades.

I guess I can add Belinda Carlisle to the list of artists that Warner Bros seemingly wants to promote (or licensed cheaply). Swamp Thing used "Heaven is a Place on Earth" and now Legends of Tomorrow does.

This was a good episode for Nora, and further development with Zari. Ava was kind of acting too goofy for my tastes. I know this show downplays costumes and gimmicks, but I thought Sara and Ava would've done a bit better against the killer, powers or no.

Mick and his old girlfriend was fun.

Did Constantine say "Hecate"? It sounded more like "Tecate".

I half agree. I think the supernatural stuff works a bit better than trying to come up with a purely time-based McGuffin. And I don't dislike Constantine or Charlie as characters. But the disconnect of their involvement bothers me. The last episode felt like someone cut scenes from two different shows and spliced them together. Team Waverider deals with a specific threat in 1989 and 2004 on LOT, while Constantine in a totally different unconnected show has a few scenes with Charlie and Gary tossed in to get the show enough film to fill the hour.

To be fair, I had similar concerns with all the Tomaz' family stuff the week before feeling like padding for the A-plot with Bugsy. But it felt moreso this week because outside of Nora's role in the A-plot it was as if they had divided it into Constantine/magic and Waverider/science-action.

I just love this wonky show. You can tell how much fun the cast is having.
