Constantine will be in episodes 9 and 10 of this season.
A description of his role:
"As for the character of Constantine, we knew that an alienated, chain-smoking, bisexual, world-weary demonologist would feel right at home among our Legends," Klemmer added. "His appearance in episode 310 will involve the following: a revisiting of Arrow season four and the events following that season’s finale episode, a confrontation with this season’s Big Bad on Legends, some hot sex - something that has been in short supply on the Waverider thus far in season three - and Damien Darhk (Neil McDonough), because how can you do an episode about dark magic and not have Damien Darhk?"

I didn't like him in season 4 of ARROW, that was a horrible season all around. But season 2 of LEGENDS did a complete 180 on the character. Of course, that was the Legion of Doom. We don't know what the conspiracy of villainy will be this season. Hopefully they raid the DC closet for all their horror comics.
So is tomorrow when the Legends return?

Me, a Viewer: At least some of you, if not all, are publicly known superheroes who helped in the VERY public Invasion/defense of the planet. There's not a real reason whatsoever for you to be incognito in THIS era.

SUPERGIRL, FLASH and LEGENDS OF TOMORROW all have season openers with the characters going though a down time. Kind of a strange way to start a season, but LEGENDS was the clear winner as it did this with a lot of humour. I'm really excited for this season.
It was nice to see the team members each living different lives. As I watched this episode before THE FLASH, the timing worked out well for Central City. We didn't get to see what else was happening in Star City--and if Sara was spending time with friends and family.
The Waverider looks smaller on the outside than it does on the inside.
