The Assassin Brotherhood from Assassin's Creed. Assume in each scenario that the Templar Order doesn't exist, likewise remove other rival groups for the League, so each organization is free to devote it's full attention to wiping out and/or forcing the surrender of the other.


Scenarios:

1) The Malcom Merlyn League vs the Modern Brotherhood (post Cross-betrayal)

2) The Ras-League (pre Oliver) vs the 1990s Brotherhood (before Cross's betrayal, when they were equal to the Templars in power and numbers)
