Depends on what you're ordering. You can find the rates easily. Put stuff into your cart and start checking out. You'll get options.
That said, I only ever ordered from them back when there was parity and only items I couldn't get anywhere else. I doubt it's worth it now unless you live close to the border and don't mind getting it.
