The new sales numbers were published, doesn't look good for Catwoman.

Jan. 2016 - 151th - Catwoman #47 14,408 copies

Holy cow. I don't typically follow sales figures, but I remember the Steph Brown Batgirl series was selling about 22-24K at the end of its run, and DC made it clear that's not what they expect out of a book called "Batgirl." Well, Catwoman is arguably just as flagship a book. That seems pretty dire.

(Then again, I haven't been following DC sales figures lately. How is that relative to other books?)

Valentine was the BEST thing to happen to Catwoman since the start of the New 52. Her exit killed my interest in the character. I adored her writing.

I think the writing is solid. It's better the Nocettis and it is more Catwoman than Valentines.

But even Valentines sales numbers weren't that stellar in the End, if you consider how hyped her run was.

Those numbers aren't generally released . . . only "guesstimate" figures from some sources based on "x%" of copies ordered by comic book shops.

I know a bunch of my DC titles are going to get the boot once Rebirth hits either because they are outright cancelled and don't come back in some form or other or because I may later decide to drop some of the ones I continued with because they are no longer of interest to me. It'll be pretty much like what happened when the reboot hit. At the moment my entire pull is in a holding pattern until titles are officially announced and so forth.

Ans Robin War really didn't do much for "We are Robin" apart from Duke the kids were hardly in the story.
