Just watched the JSA movie preview. spoilers:end of spoilers
It has both Flashes, Wonder Woman apparently clashing with Aquaman, that scene of Barry travelling through time, and the line from that adviser talking about "everything that's changed" all seems to indicated that it's following from Apokalips War. On the other hand there's the line from Barry "I've never seen so many heroes working together before"
Fingers crossed for mother-daughter Black Canary. If they go there, I wonder how they will pull it off.

But changes to the timeline don't happen until after the change, so Barry should still remember his team ups from the prior continuity at least until after he gets back.
Slightly more seriously, if there was any other reason that Barry was time travelling that isn't the end of Apokalips War, the preview for the movie would have done something to establish that. The fact that this movie has a time travelling Barry Allen that they don't try to explain makes it most likely that this is what Barry ran off to do after Apokalips War

If we count it, Barry lived through three time travels and different timelines + before the last one he was held captive by Darkseid and the evil Batman for two years, where he was used as a generator. Perhaps all this just influenced the fact that he forgot.
So we might get Conner kent superboy back?
Created from 2 of the greatest men, made with 2 powersets thst are both SUPER,and has 2 cool asf looks and attitudes.
The way Flashpoint established it, when Barry breaks the time barrier and changes things, it causes distortions not just forward from the point of change, but also backwards. That’s how you end up with Superman landing in Metropolis, Batman being Thomas Wayne instead of Bruce, Arthur and Diana being dicks, etc. So basically he can’t just go back and warn them without completely messing up time.
Yeah, but Barry did save his mother, he accomplished his goal. Plus they decided that the fate they were changing was a big enough deal to be worth the risk. Travelling back in time to stop the thing that went wrong is the goal, so it makes more sense to travel back in time to the point at which it went wrong than to just go back to WW2 and see what happens.
Also I'm pretty sure that what made everything go so wrong was that Barry went too far back in the first place.
Please not another animated movie universe. Just do an animated series if you want a connected universe.
Just do great standalone movies. Damn.
