It’ll probably be John. You can see a GL above Sinestro and it looks like the hand of a darker complected individual. Also this new universe seems to be paying homage to the DCAU JL

I think it might be the lighting but I can't really make out the skin color at all.

I'd hate it if it they just gave John Hal and Sinestro's dynamic again.

(Although you can't really homage the DCAU JL with Barry).

I think it's probably just a case of them condensing or spacing out the villains for pacing and the story.

I think in context it's supposed to contrast with Batman and Catwoman.
