Asexual, eh? Meh! No big deal. For the longest time, I had always been of the opinion Jughead wanted nothing to do with romance after years spent watching Archie being led around by the nose and wrung through the emotional ringer by Betty and Veronica and decided that relationships were not for him. Now, there's an explanation for his arm's length attitude towards the fairer sex. Works for me.

Like what?
Like not pursuing a sexual interest. You can instead focus on the character instead of relationships. Some characters need the relationship aspect as that is part of who they are (any comic with Archie, which doesn't also feature Veronica and Betty is not Archie. With Jughead, instead of focusing on relationships, you can focus more on the character, yes he's been in the past portrayed simply as a guy who loves food, and not interested in relationships, even if they pursue him, but by basically admitting he has no desire to pursue a relationship, you can avoid the cliched stories of his friends helping him find love, and instead open up the character a bit.
